They're moving here, unfortunately my house is just inside 6K and that young spike should make it if he stays on this side of Rt 49. 

 

Also hearing of some movement in mornings, young bucks chasing doe in 7F. 

 

Time to gather troops and kick them in the ass....

9F Lancaster here. Not hunting but dang it's windy here. Gusts of up to 50 mph

Plan on it. I hung trail cams on way in for that reason and to see what deer are around.

Ten came out yesterday at 4:53; sunsets at 4:39.Couple really big nocturnal doe too. Some really impressive buck fawns. Those radish are sure doing the job now. Their hammering them hard. Some great late season hunting.

Flat out hot this morning in 3s. Hope Deer are delusional from heat exhaustion and stumble in front of an arrow!

40 & no wind. I hunt northern SC & blue ridge Mountains of NC and mornings like this deer move good so hopefully the will move. Good luck everyone.

Headed over for some pushes, at first light, in 7A, then skip across river to 7F. 

 

Now if I can just get these damn kids to slow down and stay in line on these walks.... or we'll be all done by 9 AM and just talk about the running deer.
