Hoping to fill my buck tag today, the way the forecast looks tomorrow I might try and go golfing in the afternoon. Usually these two activities never conflict but who can pass up golfing in 60* weather in December.

Not seeing anything in 9h but the 4 squirrels that have been chasing each other around since 8am. Definitely have to do some squirrel eradication this spring. Hearing a ton of shots allllllll around me. Been that way all season. I think I might be in a no deer zone. Lol.

Saw 1 yearling this morning and back out for this warm evening hunt. No wind and quiet as can be.

I'm seeing freshly worked scrapes, but only getting the odd doe on camera at the moment, and always at night. No sign of bucks for a wile now.

Fresh scrape on the way in this morning that wasn't there yesterday .... Sat for a couple hours n then creeped through the thick swamp I expected them to come out of , not one deer bumped .... Amazing how they find some magical never never land to hide in during gun ...
