Well had plans if doing done all day hunts the next few days but a trip to the er took care of that..kidney stone fkn suck..so know it's a waiting game.

It was very damp and windy this morning saw a couple of doe and a fawn  lower than me from the ridge...no shots and heard a buck fight above me on the leased land...either that or a hunter rattling really good....problem with not being home...ma nature knocking at the back door :rolleyes:Will go back later in the day...I should send the DEC my gas bill

Should have stayed my butt home! Took a spill n got my butt/leg/boots wet , lost my good flash light in the fall , took a wrong turn in the dark n took forever to find my tree , froze my but off, no deer.... Grrr

Down in the hole stand trying to change my luck outa this stand. I have not killed a deer out of this stand yet. Let's just say the deer are ahead. Have had my chances here.

not under 30" but they've got the new impulse 31.  it's a screamer that should thwack a nanny doe or big buck pretty hard with a heavy arrow.
