I don’t get a chance to cook on the kettle much anymore so yesterday I decided I wanted to. Made some stuffed lobsters

Thanks to my Father’s Day gift I’ll be contributing to this thread soon!   

Smoked, steamed, sliced and packaged.  So juicy I had to use the pulse function on the vac sealer or it would pull the juices into the sealer.

Had to use up some chicken quarters on sale for $.99 / lb plus a discount. Wife already hijacked half of it prior. Put what was left in bbq marinade for a few days. Then hickory smoked / roasted on the propane grill to 168 well within an hour. It was a quick dinner prep otherwise I would've smoked in the actual smoker for several hours real low. Still came out good though, life obligations are killing my smoking endeavors. lol20210602_173153.jpg

Looks great, Redneck !!  IMHO, pork shoulder has MUCH more flavor than  the loin....

Just received my new Hasty Bake Ranger today. This will be strictly my competition grill and I believe it’s gonna be a game changer. Love how you can raise and lower the firebox while cooking. I’m really hooked on SCA comps
