fasteddie
I mentioned in my Hunting Journal yesterday that I had lost my camera that I carry in my backpack . I looked through everything last night and again today after we got home from church . No luck . So , I drove to Geneseo and spent 3 hours walking all over , backtracking where I had been yesterday . Got a pretty good workout . When I got home and walked in the garage I saw a bag that had some ratchet straps in it and checked it out . Damn ! The camera was in the bag . I wasted gas and half a day looking for something that was here all the time . An embarrassing moment ! Glad the Bills had a BYE week . What a Dummy ! genesee_mohican
Sounds like something I'd do. I'm sure it has nothing to do with age.

Gencountyzeek
I can't count how many times I'm doing something, put a tool down or something run in the house and come back out and I'm like where the hell did it go! I turn 34 next month so it has nothing to do with old age. Edited November 14, 2016 by Gencountyzeek

stoneam2006
Lol...my dad won't give me any of his warm seats bc I have lost every one I've ever had. Even when I attach to belt or backpack they always get lost that day never you be seen again. Last year tracking the buck I shot with xbow for 2 days I lost my lucky hat crawling thru some thick stuff. Later in gun season I was making my way thru there to try and get some deer moving when I found my hat hanging on a branch. I was so happy. I'm up to 11 deer with that hat on. Only wear it for hunting. Glad you found your cameraSent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

fasteddie
I was thinking about getting one of those chips that you put on things so if you misplace it , you can track it down ( Tracker ) . I don't think they sell them by the gross .

GreeneHunter
Extra exercise in the woods is a good thing ... or we can call it an extra scouting trip !

philoshop
Since everything you lose is always found in the last place you look for it, the trick is to look in the last place first. Just some hermit wisdom from Uncle Philo.
