Can I shoot a mole on my property?

Got an annoying mole in the backyard that would be good target practice with the bow, but don't want to do it if it's against the law...any advice on this?

500' from a building unless you own it or have permission of the owner, check you local ordanence on discharge of firearms within your town.

The couple I have living near the house gives my cat a good workout this time of year when I let him out in the yard. If there's no season on them,and they are'nt covered in the hunting laws book,they may be protected.....no,i'm not serious. Tastes like chicken.

My cat bought a small game mole hunting license last week. Now she is ready to go. But she does not know what the daily or season limit is.

I found this one the other day that a fox dug out....even he wouldn't eat it.

I forget the name of this brand of mole off the top of my head, but this is the first one of them I've ever seen here. Check out the snout on this lil dude,lol

I could not find anything in DEC's rules/laws that stated it is illegal to remove moles. I did learn a few things about removal/trapping of nuisance animals/birds though.

Star nosed mole.. I used to have a female Lab who was very good at digging them out..

Nothing eats them, tho..I understand that they, along with shrews are poisonous, and dogs and cays instinctively know not to eat them...

Or perhaps they just don't TASTE very good... : ...
