Found my release in my hunting boots I had with me when I picked the bow up. I really need to be better organized.

First shots at 10 yards since that faithful day in 2019


Last shots of the night at 20 yards after some tweaking of the sight. Not bad for the first go round of the year. I still want to tweak the sight a bit then shoot a bunch.

Met up with @LET EM GROW today to get that LH mathews outback he had for sale.cousin scooped it up as he wants to get into bow hunting.only missed the target once,glad he likes it.shot well for a first time bow owner!!!lots of practice ahead of us.i had to give it a go(target pic)even though its a LH.solid bow for sure!!Thanks again Bryan,much appreciated!!!!

Sighted in with field points on the new arrows yesterday, today was broadhead tuning day seems to have went well. Went with the muzzy one

Had today off to work on a project at the house, finished earlier than I thought so a little bow shooting. Went to lease and owner also cut all the trails.  C'mon season.

Deff not first shot as had to make minor sight adjustment for me but picked up this new to me bow today(craigslist sale).after shooting the outback my cousin got from LET EM GROW i knew it was time for change.giving dad my reflex gamegetter ive been shooting so he can get out during bow season.

Mathews switchback XT pretty much so ready to hunt.case,arrows,g5 rest,top gun sights

29.5DL with 70lb DW(guy said last checked at 73lb)came with Easton FMJ's.what a difference in shooting.FAST!shot about 30 times.sorry for long post,pumped for this season!!!!

Looks like that bow could use some tuneing look at the angle those arrows are hitting the target

Target was moving on impact.dont have a steady spot to put it.keep it off tree a few feet incase have a pass thru.need a new target and stand,ive beat the snot outta this one.

Actually it's the shooter buck crossbow target.foam on insert seems pretty hard.will see how long that last though.local runnings was out of regular shooter buck,prob a good thing!

Which target is that? Do you like it? I been looking at the ones from Dicks and none have great reviews including the $159 Glendale.

Its the shooter buck crossbow target actually,got it at Running's.They were all out of regular shooter buck target's.According to @BowmanMike the reg shooter's insert is junk so glad they were out!gets around 4-5" of penetration @ 20yrd with 70lb draw.seems to be solid but time will tell,cousin just got it on Friday.first 3d target ive had so cant be the judge of it,$100
