Well if Trump is a dummy he at least  got educated at one of the best business schools in the country  . That makes him a well educated dummy 

And owns over 500 companys he knows how the business World works the goverment needs to be run like business .

Oprah had no education in business or anything really and got rich off royalties from her  popular TV show .  Big difference  .

i agree with this, but very determined motivated people are always looking for what's next. Once you tackle "money", you go for power. Many driven people don't just stop... it may be considered greed, but it's also willpower.

I Dont know Oprah kinda of fell into the wealth  and fame .

Don't think she would like the pressue of being president .

Trumps a different personality all to  together .

I don't agree with that after googling her (because lets face it what man knows anything about Oprah) how many folks are billionaires by just falling into it. lol

She got on a tv  show that got popular,   its not like some guy who started in his garage making something and worked his way up  like a Steve jobs or bill Gates for example .

She was born with a good personality and some tv executive saw  that they could Market it and put her on a tv show . Oprah  was born  Oprah.

yeah i agree with doe, no inheritance she made her show famous and she started her own network and magazine. Like all successful people of course she had help along the way, but there is no Rosie O'Donnel network or Sally Jessie Raffell network and they were all given the same chances.

Yea I know it is why the advertising industry throws money at anything she does .

That is a profitable demographic market for them.

Also the one that is more easily sold  by slick  advertising campaigns, children being number 1 people  that watch Oprah number 2  .

She's very smart, very business savvy, and an excellent orator/communicator. People would vote for her. But I don't think she has one inclination to run the country, and she wouldn't accept the hassle. I can't imagine she's ever given it any thought, whereas Trump has been thinking about for over thirty years.

Oprah interviewed Trump in 1989 on her show, asking about any potential presidential ambitions. Trump said he wouldn't do it unless things got so bad that he thought he needed to step up. Things got bad...and we now have President Trump. This was not a last-minute whim, folks.

Take a poll of the general public and ask them if they know who Oprah is or who Mike Pence is.   Tells you all you need to know .  Hillary didn't lose by much remember and how much more popular is Oprah...... And how much better of a speaker, and not under investigation for anyhting, and how fed up people are with both parties, then the backing of Obama and everyone in the press......she would have a great chance of winning, esp if Trump doesn't run again.  I think it wpuld just be up to her to decide if she wanted to take on the stress and the responsibility.   I can argue for her and I am not even a fan but I think she would be the Dems best chance.

Look, the Democrats have one potential candidate that honestly represents the mentality of the Democratic party. He makes no apologies for what he is and honestly calls attention to what currently makes up the majority of the thinking of the Democrats. That's Bernie Sanders. He is the only one that honestly fesses up to his true identity as a flaming socialist. The rest of them all share his views, but are afraid to carry that label. Oprah is simply another of them that has all the mentality without the integrity of bearing the title. So why don't they simply adopt good ol' Bernie as their candidate and be done with it? Is that too honest for their tastes?

agreed but dont think they will rehash him out for 2020.  Birnie was a bit long in the tooth for the last run.  

And the one thing about Birnie Sanders is , I actually like him in one way .  He was honest about his thoughts.  I cant agree with him on about much of anything politically.  But I like the guy for the fact that he showed himself and his platform
