What Do You Want For Dinner On Father’s Day?

I would like some broiled lobster tails and pan seared sea scallops and a baked tater, started off with shrimp cocktail.

Honestly I haven’t given it any thought , now that I have ,I can’t come up,with anything . I guess anything I don’t have to grill ,although the likelihood is great I will .

breakfast: couple eggs over easy  and venison cutlets seared in butter, 

Lunch: Cheese burger

Dinner: Gonna join the Squirrel Whisperer and be happy with what hits the plate!

But my wife and I have been thinking about indulging in a littleneck clam feast...I think that would be good timing.

I wont get anything i want unless i make it . I'll be at camp with my parents and my son and the wife will be fishing with her dad . I am making walleye and fresh cut french fries for dinner while at my parents .

Boys are making me breakfast, waffles bacon and eggs.

Going to the annual LCI fishing derby on lake Champlain.   So it's whatever someone wants to cook up for the crew.  

 

If I was home.  I'd be smoking venison backstraps stuffed with cream cheese and onions and garlic. ABT's and smoked mac-n-cheese on the big pit.   Seeing I'll have room left, several pork buts for pulled pork, as well as several brined chickens will be smoked and vac sealed for future meals.
