Just over the border into CT (about 40min away). closing in a couple of weeks. Then selling my current house in NY end of March.

I know your pain. My wife and I are currently designing our new home to be built on the 150 acres we closed on in December in the NZ. We are designing the floor plan to accommodate our large Stickley furniture collection

Haha 40min away, maybe 15min from NY/CT border. I’ll hunt both states for sure
