  1. At that price, I'll never have to worry about it!
  2. I'm hunting. I've got a cpl loaded apple trees and they won't last long. They're hitting them hard, even on warm days. Gotta hunt over them while I can.
  3. Can't wait for this report. Hope he scored already.
  4. Congrats to him! Wife didn't want to shoot?
  5. Yep, looks like crap. I might switch to Thursday or Friday off. Will still hunt Tues afternoon tho.
  6. Usually meat, but this year I'm going to hold out for this guy for awhile. Not big, but I love the crazy rack. If he doesn't show in a cpl weeks, I'll go back to meat.
  7. Didn't think of it. Yep, like a nice steak.
  8. Belo, I just had goose breast tonight. I marinated it in olive oil, pepper, salt, and garlic. Grilled it over medium heat until it was med / rare. Frickin awesome.
  9. Yeah, I did. Stupid. That's what we're up against.
  10. Know what's messed up? Her Dad is still my hunting partner. He still doesn't know the real story. I wonder what the statute of limitations is on that one... Haha
  11. My eyes are shot, also. Have you thought about a peep? That's what I put on my Hawkens. Not sure what rifle you have, but Lyman makes a great peep.
  12. This one time, we had dinner at my ex's parent's house. Ate a ton of clams, and got all messed up (blackout) on Genny cream ale. Long story short, I woke up butt naked on their couch at 3 am. Covered in dried $h!t. Turns out, I had crapped at the top of of the stairs. On the carpet. Stripped naked, stepped in it, and tracked it down the carpeted stairs. I spent the next two hours scrubbing poop footsteps out, threw away my ex's shoes that were on the landing, (they had crap in them), and washed up quick before anyone woke up. Thought I had it all taken care of. Well as it turns out, I must have wiped my ass loofah style with a few of the bath towels, because my ex found them in the kitchen garbage the next morning. Some quick thinking on my part, and I blamed it on the dog. Said he'd had the runs, I couldn't find anything else to use to clean it. That story turned out to be a stroke of genius because there was still a huge $h!tstain (couldn't scrub it all out) at the top of the stairs to corroborate it, and the dog (poor bastard) hadn't been feeling well. I came away like a hero, the dog took the blame, and to this day, I bet there is one nasty stain on that carpet. Who got the last laugh now, Baby.
  13. My son just brought home a cpl Canadian geese. He breasted them out. Planning to grill them tomorrow. First time. I saw online that you want to serve it medium rare. Any cooking tips / advice appreciated. Thx.
  14. I would like 2 deer. I am targeting a specific buck, so I will try to hold out for him as long as I can. Would have to be something pretty special to pull my focus off that buck.
  15. Sorry to hear that. She looks tough though. Hopefully she's back at it soon.
  16. Have a great time & take tons of pictures! Can't wait for the report.
  17. Coming down today, Law? Town was already crazy last night.
  18. 5 18' ladder stands, 1 hang on, 1 natural ground blind, 1 elevated box blind.
  19. The Somerville side was always better for me. Less people, too. Good luck.
  20. No pics of my Martin, but here's my favorite bow.
  21. I had an accura. Sold it to go traditional, but it was a great rifle.
  22. The gun trader in Lakeville. They have a ton of ml stuff. Bob has forgotten more than most people will ever know about frontstuffers.
  23. I still time it, too. My biggest thing is not to think about my shot. I have to just aim and shoot. When I get in my head, I float bad.
