Twax10
We've hunted pretty hard sense deer season ended and haven't had much luck but that changed last night. As soon as we stepped out of the truck at the farm we were hunting we could here a bunch of dogs talking about 400 yards across the field from where we were. Set up, called for about 5 minutes and had 4 come running down the hill to us. Unfortunately even after getting drilled in the shoulder this guy took off running so my attention was on him not the other 3 dogs but I'm still plenty happy with the results. HuntOrBeHunted
Nice harvest and big yote for sure. What were you using for a call primos??
Twax10
@HuntOrBeHunted I used a fox pro spitfire with the coyote locator (sounds like a bunch of dogs singing away) and mixed in a few howls from my primos mouth call to add volume and realism. Seems to me every time I hear dogs talking there's always that one long howl that sticks out so I tried to replicate that.
