We just bought the 22" blackstone with easy folding stand for use while camping and in between baseball games while at tournaments. So far after setting it up and getting it seasoned we have only tried chicken breasts so far. Going to experiment with breakfast Sammys this weekend after I grab a few of those egg rings.

I read seaon it and season it again. Ordered those egg rings too. Philly cheesesteak gonna be my first go around though.

I seasoned it about five times IIRC, about 15 minutes per time. Light, even coat of oil, let it smoke off, repeat
