I hate knowing mine!!! Have had more blood work done in the last 9 months than the rest of my life. Just exercise as much as you can and it shouldn't be too bad unless it runs in your family.

Physical once a year. Very good ratio. Wife uses Lots of olive oil. I eat pretty healthy. Drink too much beer tho.
