So they turned out pretty good, two thinner chops were a tad over cooked but still juicy. The thicker chop could have cooked  maybe 3 more min. Peach wasn't on long enough at all. I used the cow massage

We ate this 28" lake Erie walleye that I caught on  Saturday for dinner tonight.  It was very good.  So good in fact that the kids ate every last bit of it and there will be no leftovers for my lunch at work tomorrow.   Not a hint of fishy flavor like the one we had a month ago that had been vacuum sealed in the freezer for about 10 months.

Green tomato gravy....had to Google that. Never heard of it and now that I have it sounds good.  Esp with chorizo meatloaf. And am thinking with chicken fried steak.

My wife made it with white wine, green tomatoes, onions, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, milk and butter.  Damn good.

Do you sear your meatballs before you bake them? I do if im not feeling lazy. Makes for a nice crunch on the outside. Veal makes a fantastic meatball, enjoy.

Sounds great. Love fish tacos.  I made a slaw with jalapeno a couple of weeks ago to put in some fish tacos. Good stuff.

Family on different schedules tonight so nothing fancy and certainly nothing with all the fixings. Just the 5 yr old and I. She wanted chicken tenders so she got them and I turned mine into a chicken parm melt.
