Those look very good.  I brought up a pack of backstrap yesteday and I will try to talk my wife into making some.

Geneseo looking like it maybe next round of schooling for daughter. Wife went to undergrad there. So took another day trip to mill around. Curbside service from Geneseo village tavern we then ate at a table on campus. Rueben for me , California turkey sammich for wife , daughter got southwest chicken wrap. And shared pretzel sticks with cheese n jalapeño mustard dipping sauce and some buffalo chicken egg rolls with blue cheese dipping sauce. GF daughter is going there. Her first year and she is of course doing distance learning now.  But GF was telling me that even online they seem to go the extra mile at that school.  That they can have chats with the professors if needed and extra help and seem to still have a decent amount of class/training still going on despite all this mess.

Never got around to posting up the pizza we made Friday night. A big thanks and shout-out to@jjb4900 on the 10.5 and 6 inch skillets he sent me. Used the bigger one along with my Erie #8 to make 2 awesome pan pizzas the fiance cooked up for us! Wife made venison Shepard's Pie. Such a seemly lack luster dish at first thought but loaded with flavor.

desert was all locally sourced; salted caramel icecream, over a warm apple cider donut, and smothered with muddled strawberry topping.
