Smoked wild turkey breast marinated in OJ , Italian dressing , dry rub and wrapped in bacon ( fall bird ) and fiddleheads ( ostrich fern ) blanched , sautéed in light balsamic vinaigrette and butter Most of the fiddleheads are unfurling so this will be the end of them. I also notice the fish and potato versus salad ratio.  My stomach says good...my brain says bad.

An end to a great day. Beef and Cod Filet with garlic, tomato and basil rice. Mushrooms in butter and red wine sauce. Salad with blue cheese crumbles and Roasted Red Pepper vinaigrette. Enhanced with Cabernet Sauvignon.

If any of you Niagara County or northern Erie County lug nuts have never been to the Woodcock Bros Brewery, you really need to go.  The beef on weck pizza is tremendous.   JUST prior to the pizza though, I can highly recommend the bruschetta bread appetizer.

Oh and yes, their beer is great too. :)
