I like it that way too! But was pressed for time. They were medium. I prefer closer to medium rare but then my wife wouldn't eat...

Yes and holy smokes were they good.  Bun and no condiments because they were so flavorful.  I  not a big fan of paying others to process my deer but those were worth whatever Larry paid.  Lol

Nice low cholesterol meal....I guess I can afford it now and then...Last check my cholesterol level was 59...

Thanks to the kid. Hawaiian venison kabobs. Steaks cut into bite sized pieces , marinated in soy sauce , minced ginger , minced garlic and a splash of lemon juice. A little pineapple and yum. I like she’s requesting what we do with her deer.

Homemade fried chicken, no pic. It looked like fried chicken!! My daughter has been begging for some. I don't deep fry during deer season cause frying inside just stinks. Season ended today so she got some finally.

I’ll fess up. Kid was sleeping when I spotted her buck. I nudged her a bit. She quickly came to and got it done. Hopefully she’ll do the same for me someday
