Nope you are all wrong!  It is that Justin Bieber kid, don't sweat it at all I am sure you can take him!  Plus you will have a gun, no problems.  He is a punk and just does not want you to hunt that area, if you do see him DONT SHOOT it is not a ghost, just some kid... 

 

Now you have to show us pictures of the nice deer you get from this location!  Bet it will be very memorable!   Good luck and go get them deer!  Camera's can distort many things as we have seen over the years.

Trespasser I think we can rule out due to the fact a deer is feeding ten feet from them. It's either a spirt or a prank. I'm leaning towards prank with the stand looking thing.

I got this picture on my trail camera the other day the first pic is the actually picture the second one is when i brighted picture.

 

Um, guessing this altered photo was posted solely to generate discussion.  2010 is not the other day by most standards.  Maybe the OP is actually the ghost since time seems not to be applicable to him/her.  lol

Its a ghost! I have hunted on this property before and there is noway its a person. This place is in the middle of nowhere! Ikaravias sent me this picture once he got it! I brightened the picture to see it better. It has a tail? Beard? Sticks as legs? Waist is see thru?

Just a trespasser, blonde lady walking right to left.... that "deer" you think you see in the same pic is just a stump. Look at the day time pic to compare.

I'll play! Looks like some dude to me. You can see a spot of white sock at bottom of left leg. I don't see the beard?

 

I would hunt it, I would also have my pistol!! He looks skinny so probably not a big threat unless he is a zombie so load zombie killer ammo in said pistol.
