It's a satchel, Indiana Jones carries one

this ain't Europe or the movie Hangover.  if your "bag" doesn't have a leather bull whip and a priceless artifact in it then you haven't earned the right to call your purse a satchel.  haha

I wonder in that fictional world if a student at the beginning of class was painfully staying alert and awake as to not fall asleep, knowing full well that satchel was within reach and there was the real possibility of it containing a 10+' long bull whip.

orange Rolex... interesting

That's a black face Explorer II , the Orange gmt hand is known as the Steve McQueen hand, as he wore an early Explorer that had an orange gmt hand.

The first watch is a sterile pilots watch on an orange Zulu strap. I rotate watches and straps / bracelets almost daily . I found it funny that my watch that day matched my new gloves and fletching .

Perhaps one day Patek Philppe will make a camo watch !

They're running this near me.  It's open to the public if anyone is thinking about dropping $1.2 million on a watch.

I thought it was called a "man purse" .......

And you guys break my chops about a sissy carpet in the truck.  I would never, well very rarely, well only on occasion, well only when appropriate carry a purse ... I mean satchel.  I am proud to say that I never did succumb to that silly fanny pack trend!

A guy your size could carry a pink purse down main street, and anyone in their right mind would only say Hi!.....lol

But a carpeted sissy bed for the truck brings it up a whole new level!

my favorite pair of cold weather gear is bibs and a parka made by whitewater before they were bought by robinson outdoors. They're wind and rain proof and whisper quiet. For whatever reason i only had the bibs for a while. When i went to find the matching parka, they were no longer made. I scoured ebay for years but i still could only find the same "model" but in a slightly different camo (like mossy oak max vs mossy oak advantage or something like that) and the fabric was also a little different.

i know it's silly, but it drives me nuts to this day that i don't "match" lol.

I'm a fan of orange too.  I like watches with simply faces and I don't like wearing expensive watches where I'll be constantly worried about dings and scratches.

I have a very nice and expensive tag aquaracer that i got from the wife on our wedding day. It's my dress watch. For all things outdoors and "rough" i like my protrek. Basically a g-shock but has some cool gadgets like a compass, altimeter and barometer and it's solar powered. I'm really not a fan of digital displays and this fit the bill for a bullet proof watch with "hands" lol. I have definitely used the compass a few times.

Some day time show my wife watches had some thing where they have a limited number of something expensive they offer to lucky fans of the show at a heavily discounted price. It was supposedly a big PITA to get but she got me a high end Invicta watch. I love her more for the effort. Not a watch person. Where my 2 cheaper fossil watches daily and had one refinished. At an $800 price tag I'm afraid to wear this other one and have it get used and abused.
