Has anyone mentioned "Legends of the fall" yet? Awesome movie if you haven't seen it. A few other of my favorites would have to be:

comedy - "grumpy old men"

makes a dude cry - "where the red fern grows"

action - "Die Hard"

Western - "Open Range" 

Drama - "Jaws" 

recent one - "wind River" (good movie if you havent seen it- just came out - wyoming fish and game guy - trying to figure out a murder - hes talented with a 45/70!)

Very under rated movie that didn't get the recognition it deserved in my opinion.  Great movie.

Something rarely available anywhere today is "9 1/2 weeks" with Micky Rourke and Kim Basinger (1986). The plot line was so-so, but the photography/videography was amazing.

That reminds me of the Bar Fly - crazy movie as was Pope of Greenwich Village.

The Sandlot was a good sports movie with kids . When we were on the Alaska trip , I saw a guy wearing a Tee-shirt with a picture of the kid that played the catcher and I had to take a picture of it .
