Finally sent some broadheads down range, i feel very confident in my setup

Took 3 single shots , as I don’t like to shoot much with people home and outside . This is my first shot at 20 , then i shot one at 30 which was low and left, the sights were dancing quite a bit , then I shot at 25, using the 20 pin held dead center and put it in the circle .

Im ready, my average deer shot with an arrow since ‘88 runs in the 12 -15 yard range , farthest was 25 and that was one time many years ago .

Also got my yardage markers set !

Easton Bloodline 330s. I had to cut them so they are only 1/4" in front of my rest but they're flying great

Primary hunting bow not fully setup yet. Season has started down river on WMU 4j so I got the 3d bow / backup hunting rig out. I was ashamed as it was covered in cobwebs! Dusted it off, set out some targets, and sent one across the yard at 50 yards then moved up to 30. Pulled them and then went up on back deck at 20 yards. The elite victory is might be a somewhat unruly target rig but still ready to fill the freezer again this year if need be.

that’s to fool the deer, I’ll place them at 15, and the deer will feel, safe as they know I don’t shoot 30 yards .

WTF. Just wanted to check the broadheads one last time and it blew right through the bag and into the raised garden bed box 4’ behind it. Down a broadhead before the season even starts.

My first shot was the broadhead with the lighted nock. Definetely an above average group for me at 40 yds. I am ready to shoot a deer.
