Well...I was up til 1 am. So slept in a bit and got right after it this morn. Had a quick breakfast then got to finishing the deer. Last night got home about 10 and then skinned, quarted and got the meat cooled down. Didn't like those 55-60 overnight temps.  I will def make up for it though!

Biscuits and sausage gravy. With apple venison sausage. Really good.  Figured make a good breakfast cause it was storming here this morn.  Hoping to get out about noon.  Not looking good for me to have M and T off like I planned.
