4 eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, 3 cheeses (Montary Jack, sharp cheddar and aged parmasean), fresh cracked pepper and Frank's Redhot on an everything bagel.  Washed down with Death Wish coffee.

Ha , I eat 1/2 cup of blueberries and a glass of water every day for breakfast.

If I ate that plate I’d be sleeping in 10 minutes

I laid the foundation yesterday “uhh yeah boss. Idk about tomorrow with all the ice”.  Andddddd I woke up to nothing!!!  

I actually feel slightly guilty about this one especially since I’m heading to school now to grade a little and let me kid use the weight room

So both my boys (16-6’3” 185) are working out hard (crew and baseball/football) now and are looking to maximize on their efforts with the right foods, high in protein and calories.

Their breakfast today was:
4 eggs (over easy for one, cheese omelette for other) , 2 slices bacon, 2 sausage patties, 2 biscuits and fruit.

I may need TWO more deer!!!
