You hunt near Hansons?   I hunted a parcel next to it for several years.  Never pulled a good buck out but they were around.

Enough foreplay , time to ....
Craptastic weather last night kept the trick or treaters down from 125 ish to 60 ish. We hand out full sized candy bars.  I’m good for hunting for awhile

Biz Tip - open them at home and put in plastic baggie. Silent in the woods and still tasty

Guy got a really big one out of the Hanson's gravel pit near me on #6 road 5-7 yrs ago, I forget what it scored but I believe it was well over 150. Sadly the guy who harvested the buck committed suicide a yr or two later, sad.

Had this buck come into less than ten yards. Beautiful buck but his body looked three at first so I just admired him... he eventually got behind me and got my wind and looked way bigger running away. This is what I consider passing a buck lol. What an experience!

Kind of. A few of my places are a couple miles away and another is more like 4-5 if I had to guess. Last two years a 160+ has been harvested on mine and several years ago a 190” non typical was. Rush and Mendon are both loaded with huge deer. I have a spot on the east side of Mendon with multiple 140+

125? Those are amateur numbers. We had between 240 and 245 between 5pm and 8 when it ended

Amazing end to a slow sit. Had what I think was the big 10 chase a doe up the hill way to far and thick for a shot but still cool. Saw 15plus turkeys 6 does 2 spikes and a 4. Could have killed 4 does the spikes and maybe the 4. Can’t wait for tomorrow morning
