I just mowed again pulled the last of my pepper  plants  .  Mulched and bagged  10 bags of leaves. Trees have only shed 1/3.  Looks like I will be cleaning leaves until Thanksgiving.

Last now of the year I don’t care what Mother Nature says. Mower got cleaned up and put away.

Really I would imagine a guy who tracks deer for 23 miles in day in snow over mountains and rivers would  mow grass all year long just as training for that .

What state do you live in???

Mowing is one thing I NEVER miss. I would rather blow it than mow it any day of the week.

Never had to shovel grass off my roof. So grass wins.

I have a 12-12 pitch so I don't have to worry about that. I rate cutting grass right along with raking leaves.

I enjoy mowing. I can do my lawn on a rider in about 30-40 minutes. I'm outside in fresh air and not listening to my spawn screaming about some dumb sh!t. 

I too miss mowing and a nice cold beer and cigar followed shortly thereafter. 

I do not enjoy snow blowing one bit.

we had one moment where i thought it was winter. we somehow got 30" over a couple days. since not much of anything, let alone keeping it.

I'm looking forward to neglecting my lawn this year again.

in all honestly i'm not likely the idea. from snowblowing the drive around the garage that was graded gravel there's a lot of stones that will have to be raked before the mower gets fired up. contemplating renting or buying one of those power brooms that's an attachment for a high end string trimmer.

Can't wait to get to my spring cleanups done and to start mowing.  But I get paid to mow lawns, so it's not quite the same, lol.

About the time August rolls around, I praying for a drought.
