Last August a little less than a year ago I put out this older Bushnell camera. It takes beautiful pictures and with just 8 energizer max still had quite a bit of battery left. Over 1200 pictures, only 2 humans (in March in the snow and one of the 2 with a bow which was super odd). 2 bucks and a doe(s). But here are some highlights I thought you all would enjoy. hard to see both, but 2 cubs here with momma7 points

Just picked up 20 lbs of sausage, half garlic half hot from this little pork shop on Lexington in downtown smallbany. They did a nice job! Dropped off 15 lbs of venison on Tuesday, at least 20 lbs end product done by Friday. I've already had the hot courtesy of a buddy a month ago, it was awesome. Looking forward to getting some of this garlic on the grill. 60 bucks seems like a decent deal? It was the last of my non-ground up venison from last year.6 points

Frickin awesome. I think I overcooked them a tad, say maybe 8 minutes a side on the grill next time?5 points

My passwords aren’t working and the recover password feature isn’t working either. Luckily, I never logged off Tapatalk. You still have my number Tacks? Text me who and what I owe and I’ll square up. And I’m your 12th man fellas. Will get everyone up to date if I can ever log back into the forum from a computer. I’m not typing out some message on my phone. If the weather is cool I will shoot a doe that week. Last year was way too hot. I told a friends kid that if he killed a doe Id butcher it for him, he calls me at 8pm on a Friday night to go track and then butcher. IIRC it was 88 degrees lol. I learned a valuable lesson, never help anyone.3 points

Patience pays off. We have good germination in all 7 plots. Recent rains brought everything to life. If all continues well I will fertilize in two weeks and hit it with some plot boost. It appears the plot starter boosted ph2 points

Bingo! Cases went up and down no matter what we did... Hopefully the Scientists and politicians will learn from this? Doubt it... too useful to control people...2 points

me thinks your possum has a friend...... never know whats out there. Trailcam time and reset the trap! I had a bald eagle in the tree in my backyard on Tues. Pulled in the driveway and he took off.2 points

Pizza sounds great. Helicopter does not. We are way too close to the 9/15 opener to risk blowing up the woods with a chopper. Please park at the bottom of the driveway, spray down unscented, and walk up the hill 573ft and proceed around back. Thanks.2 points

Reveal dominates the sub 200 market overall. You're not likely to find a better overall package of pricing, camera performance, and app solution than the Reveal line. Is it perfect? Heck no. But it's the best overall in that range. Above that, different story. Attached a sent image and a sent HD image for basic compare.2 points

I fully agree earned a buck tag would be a great idea. The only way to control the population and balance the herd is by killing does. Incentives for opening up more land is also a good plan...1 point

Well I have been working with Gunner this summer and he continues to progress excellently. In one photo you can see him sitting on a dock fixated on the white bumper you can see that I had thrown into the water. In the other photo you can see him swimming out to retrieve it after I gave him the command to retrieve it. He is a terrific dog and we will be taking him hunting next month for the early Canada goose season. There is nothing more rewarding than hunting with a good dog. valoroutdoors.com1 point

Scratch one more bait/corn snatcher. Another adult male coon today. This one swiped the marshmallow, out of one box traps, before he went for the cat food in the dog proof. The new negative post knife switch on the Durango worked good. I don’t even need to prop open the hood to use it.1 point

I could use three deer for the family and friends. Instead of donating any extra deer, I use it as "an education tool" and make it for people who are not hunters (mostly teachers and city folk!)and often think all guns and hunters are gonna go shoot up a mall or school.
