  1. I bought a dehydrator last yr and wished I had done it yrs ago.Couldn't believe how easy it is.My favorite recipe is 1 10oz bottle of soy sauce 1/2 bottle of worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke 2 tablespoons of crushed red peppers 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  2. I agree but I just get nervous when they fight among themselves during a debate and make each other look bad. We got some good candidates running and I would be happy with any of them and believe they can win against Hillary or Sanders.I just get tired of all the insults and name calling during the debates.
  3. Watched the republican debate tonight and was very disappointed if not disgusted. The fighting between the candidates I'm sure had the liberals smiling .Only one candidate wasn't involved in the fighting , Ben Carson.Unfortunately I don't believe he has much of chance of winning.
  4. The Supreme Court will now be dominated by liberals. We're screwed!
  5. This is a must read piece by Chas. Krauthammer. The Clintons should both be in prison. She is not fit to run for POTUS Recently, Charles Krauthammer alluded that he had no doubt some of the 30k emails Hillary deleted from her private e-mail server very likely had references to the Clinton Foundation, which would be illegal and a conflict of interest. The Clinton Foundation is "organized crime" at its finest . Here is a good, concise summary of how the Clinton Foundation works as a tax free international money laundering scheme. It may eventually prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in U.S. history. This is a textbook case on how you hide foreign money sent to you repackage it to be used for your own purposes. All tax free. Here's how it works: 1. You create a separate foreign "charity." In this case, the Clinton's set it up in Canada. 2 Foreign oligarchs and governments, then donate to this Canadian charity. In this case, over 1,000 did contributing mega millions. I'm sure they did this out of the goodness of their hearts, and expected nothing in return (Imagine Putin's buddies waking up one morning and just deciding to send untold millions to a Canadian charity). 3. The Canadian charity then bundles these separate donations and makes a massive donation to the Clinton Foundation. 4. The Clinton Foundation and the cooperating Canadian charity claim Canadian law prohibits the identification of individual donors. 5. The Clinton Foundation then "spends" some of this money for legitimate good works programs. Unfortunately, experts believe this is on the order of 10%. Much of the balance goes to enrich the Clinton's, pay salaries to untold numbers of hangers on, and fund lavish travel, etc. Again, virtually all tax free, which means you and I re subsidizing it. 6. The Clinton Foundation, with access to the world's best accountants, somehow fails to report much of this on their tax filings. They discover these "clerical errors" and begin the process of re-filing 5 years of tax returns. 7. Net result -- foreign money goes into the Clinton's pockets tax free and untraceable back to the original donor. This is the textbook definition of money laundering. Oh, by the way, the Canadian "charity" includes as a principal one Frank Giustra. Google him. He is the guy who was central to the formation of Uranium One, the Canadian company that somehow acquired massive U.S. uranium interests and then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia. This transaction required U.S. State Department approval, and guess who was Secretary of State when the approval was granted. As an aside, imagine how former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell feels. That poor schlep is in jail because he and his wife took $165,000 in gifts and loans for doing minor favors for a guy promoting a vitamin company. Not legal but not exactly putting U.S. security at risk. Sarcasm aside, if you're still not persuaded this was a cleverly structured way to get unidentified foreign money to the Clinton's, ask yourself this: Why did these foreign interests funnel money through a Canadian charity? Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation? Better yet, why not donate money directly to the people, organizations and countries in need? This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling. Now you know why Hillary's destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk she was willing to take. Bill and Hillary are devious, unprincipled, dishonest and criminal, and they are Slick! Warning: They could be back in the White House in January 2017. Don't let it happen. Remember, most people are not well informed. You must inform and educate them.
  6. PHD - Secretary of Education under Ronald Reagan Cultural studies at the distinguished and What I aSee Happening In a Trump Presidency By Bill Bennett They will kill him before they let him be president. It could be a Republican or a Democrat that instigates the shutting up of Trump. Don’t be surprised if Trump has an accident. Some people are getting very nervous: Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton and Jon Corzine, to name just a few. It's about the unholy dynamics between big government, big business, and big media. They all benefit by the billions of dollars from this partnership, and it's in all of their interests to protect one another. It's one for all and all for one. It’s a heck of a filthy relationship that makes everyone filthy rich, everyone except the American people. We get ripped off. We’re the patsies. But for once, the powerful socialist cabal and the corrupt crony capitalists are scared. The over-the-top reaction to Trump by politicians of both parties, the media, and the biggest corporations of America has been so swift and insanely angry that it suggests they are all threatened and frightened. Donald Trump can self-fund. No matter how much they say to the contrary, the media, business, and political elite understand that Trump is no joke. He could actually win and upset their nice cozy apple cart. It's no coincidence that everyone has gotten together to destroy The Donald. It's because most of the other politicians are part of the a good old boys club. They talk big, but they won’t change a thing. They are all beholden to big-money donors. They are all owned by lobbyists, unions, lawyers, gigantic environmental organizations, and multinational corporations – like Big Pharmacy or Big Oil. Or they are owned lock, stock, and barrel by foreigners like George Soros owns Obama or foreign governments own Hillary and their Clinton Foundation donations. These run-of-the-mill establishment politicians are all puppets owned by big money. But there's one man who isn't beholden to anyone. There's one man who doesn't need foreigners, or foreign governments, or George Soros, or the United Auto Workers, or the teacher's union, or the Service Employees International Union, or the Bar Association to fund his campaign. Billionaire tycoon and maverick Donald Trump doesn’t need anyone’s help. That means he doesn’t care what the media says. He doesn’t care what the corporate elites think. That makes him very dangerous to the entrenched interests. That makes Trump a huge threat to those people. Trump can ruin everything for the bribed politicians and their spoiled slave masters. Don’t you ever wonder why the GOP has never tried to impeach Obama? Don’t you wonder why John Boehner and Mitch McConnell talk a big game, but never actually try to stop Obama? Don’t you wonder why Congress holds the purse strings, yet has never tried to de-fund Obamacare or Obama’s clearly illegal executive action on amnesty for illegal aliens? Bizarre, right? It defies logic, right? First, I'd guess many key Republicans are being bribed. Secondly, I believe many key Republicans are being blackmailed. Whether they are having affairs, or secretly gay, or stealing taxpayer money, the National Security Agency knows everything. Ask former House Speaker Dennis Hastert about that. The government even knew he was withdrawing large sums of his own money from his own bank account. The NSA, the SEC, the IRS, and all the other three-letter government agencies are watching every Republican political leader. They surveil everything. Thirdly, many Republicans are petrified of being called racists, so they are scared to ever criticize Obama or call out his crimes, let alone demand his impeachment. Fourth , why rock the boat? After defeat or retirement, if you’re a good old boy, you’ve got a $5 million-per-year lobbying job waiting. The big-money interests have the system gamed. Win or lose, they win. But Trump doesn’t play by any of these rules. Trump breaks up this nice, cozy relationship between big government, big media, and big business. All the rules are out the window if Trump wins the Presidency. The other politicians will protect Obama and his aides but not Trump. Remember: Trump is the guy who publicly questioned Obama's birth certificate. He questioned Obama's college records and how a mediocre student got into an Ivy League university. Now, he's doing something no Republican has the chutzpah to do. He's questioning our relationship with Mexico; he's questioning why the border is wide open; he's questioning why no wall has been built across the border; he's questioning if allowing millions of illegal aliens into America is in our best interests; he's questioning why so many illegal aliens commit violent crimes, yet are not deported; and he's questioning why our trade deals with Mexico, Russia and China are so bad. Trump has the audacity to ask out loud why American workers always get the short end of the stick. Good question! I'm certain Trump will question what happened to the almost billion dollars given in a rigged no-bid contract to college friends of Michelle Obama at foreign companies to build the defective Obamacare website. By the way, that tab is now up to $5 billion. Trump will ask if Obamacare's architects can be charged with fraud for selling it by lying. Trump will investigate Obama's widespread IRS conspiracy, not to mention Obama's college records. Trump will prosecute Clinton and Obama for fraud committed to cover up Benghazi before the election. How about the fraud committed by employees of the Labor Department when they made up dramatic job numbers in the last jobs report before the 2012 election? Obama, the multinational corporations and the media need to stop Trump. They recognize this could get out of control. If left unchecked, telling the raw truth and asking questions everyone else is afraid to ask, Trump could wake a sleeping giant. Trump's election would be a nightmare. Obama has committed many crimes. No one else but Trump would dare to prosecute. He will not hesitate. Once Trump gets in and gets a look at the cooked books and Obama's records, the game is over. The jig is up. The goose is cooked. Holder could wind up in prison. Jarrettcould wind up in prison. Obama bundler Corzine could wind up in prison for losing $1.5 billion of customer money. Clinton could wind up in jail for deleting 32,000 emails or for accepting bribes from foreign governments while Secretary of State, or for misplacing $6 billion as the head of the State Department, or for lying about Benghazi. The entire upper level management of the IRS could wind up in prison. Obamacare will be de-funded and dismantled. Obama himself could wind up ruined, his legacy in tatters. Trump will investigate. Trump will prosecute. Trump will go after everyone involved. That’s why the dogs of hell have been unleashed on Donald Trump. Yes, it's become open season on Donald Trump. The left and the right are determined to attack his policies, harm his businesses, and, if possible, even keep him out of the coming debates. But they can't silence him. And they sure can't intimidate him. The more they try, the more the public will realize that he's the one telling the truth.
  7. Wife & I saw it last Sat. Excellent movie. The theater was packed.
  8. The warm weather and lack of hunters is what I believe caused lack of deer sightings. The deer simply aren't moving much during daylight hrs as our trail cameras are telling us. The deer are there they just don't move much until after dark.
  9. Been a very slow season but persistence finally paid off.Was on stand only 10 mins this afternoon when this 3pt walked out into my food plot. The only buck I saw all gun season.
  10. It was the quietest opening day I can remember.Very few shots and I sat for 10.5hrs and never saw a deer.
  11. Was able to get out of work in time to go hunting this afternoon and it paid off. 6 point with the Excalibur Matrix 310.
  12. Sitting here at work looking out the window wishing I was in my ground blind watching my food plot.Hoping to get out of work early enough to go out this afternoon.Good luck everyone.
  13. We found 2 huge ticks on our dachshund yesterday and I removed them with tweezers.1st time we ever found ticks on her and she never leaves the yard.
  14. I have seen quite a few but they have all been does with single fawns.
  15. I have one. Bought it used about 15yrs ago.92 Yamaha big bear.We have 140 acres that I cut fire wood, post, patrol, plant food plots, and hunt. This machine is worth a lot more than what I paid when comes to doing all those chores It saves me a ton of time and sweat.I wouldn't be without it.
  16. None of those fines are very steep in my opinion, not enough to deter people anyways.$50.00 for littering on a public highway...no wonder you see garbage all along the highways.
  17. I have a hard believing some of you actually check your watch and start or quit hunting at the exact minute of sunup or sundown. If you were watching a big buck slowly working his way to you but by the time he came within range it was a minute past sundown you're not going to shoot?Yeah right.
  18. I have always wore B/O during the firearms season and I shoot as many deer as the guys in camo.
  19. I use the exact same rounds you use and never had that happen.I have shot many deer and 1 bear with 170 grain winchesters and the ones that didn't drop where they stood ran at the most 100 yds.Last year I shot a doe at 200 yds through the heart but the odd thing was she never bled out until she hit the ground at about 100yds.I wouldn't give up on those rounds yet because your 1st shot would have took care of that doe.
  20. I have a Marlin model 336 30/30 that I bought used back in the early 80's for hunting deer in adks.I shot 3 nice bucks in the daks with it and now use it here for deer since they allow rifles now.It has never let me down and I took it to Canada one year and shot a bear with it.
  21. Now that I have 2 deer in the freezer I do not need my DMP tags. I have one for 7p and one for 7j for anyone that wants them.
  22. After being on stand most of the day yesterday and seeing no deer, I went out at noon today back to the same stand watching my food plot and at 2:55pm this buck walks out.
  23. In the teens here right now and the stars are out.Yep , going to be a perfect day.and I plan on being on stand all day.Good luck everyone and be safe!
