Good cheese and not to thin of crust.

 

 

Green peppers but put on about half way through baking, so they aren't just mush and soggy.

 

Some nice leftover venison sausage; brat or hot italian.

 

A bit of garlic in the sauce; but I don't want to feel like I'm gnawing on a clove.

I ate pizza in Howard Beach, almost daily, for probably 10 years. I prefer cheese only, but sausage/ mushroom are up there.

Recently, in my area, I found a guy who puts meatballs on pizza. I was buying it for a guy working in my house and It didn't appeal to me, but I had a couple of slices and found that it was really good.

 

My mother used to make pizza at home, similar to Sicilian, and it was excellent.

 

My wife prefers white pizza.
