2012_taco
Is that ground with the seasoning added and jerky shooter ? I bought a shooter and used it once. Didn't like the finished product and we used the jerky as dog treats. I do however make killer jerky with muscle meat , the store bought mix and cure but dr. it up a bunch. Matter of fact you've inspired me to make some tomorrow. Yes I use ground, mix my own ingredients, been doing it this way for years. Turns out great Lawdwaz can vouch for it. Elmo
First attempt at Osso Bucco. Came out nicely. I want to eventually try this with venison instead of beef one day. Will need a creative way to but through the shank bone if I want to do so. Maybe next year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I don't know about butting through that shank bone, but I would say cutting might be easier than butting through it. Sawing would even be better. turkeyfeathers
Not for dinner but an anytime snack. Venison jerky just hit the oven. Store bought original blend and doctored up with soy sauce , chili powder , red hot pepper flakes , teriyaki and a dash of worchestshire.
