Regular beef Cheeseburger tonight with some deep fried fries. Haven’t had a beef burger in quite some time.

First ever bear roast... one hour in the pressure crock pot.  Out of this world flavor and couldn't have been more tender.  There are no leftovers

I used a pot roast seasoning packet with a cup of water and a half cup of dry red wine.  Man that was tasty.  This was also my first run with my new pressure crock pot.  While it was pressurizing, the vent releases steam and made the whole house smell incredible..

I use mine a lot but keeping things from burning is a challenge if I dont put in more liquid than the recipes call for. That looks amazing!

Spent 45 minutes pounding my meat(too easy Pygmy!) for venison cheesesteaks for tonight. 3.5 pounds of cutlets; pizza dough rising; buddy making venison ragu; pigs in blanket; nachos,
