This thread is my favorite, aside from the “Live From The Woods each year.  I agree with you, there are so many good looking meals/ideas posted here, so I appreciate that compliment.

Food is something I truly enjoy making.

I decided to flour/egg/panko some shramp tonight.  I seasoned the bread crumbs with parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, granulated garlic, sea salt, pepper, parsley.  I then baked them on a rack.  Ray’s Secret Sauce, and also sweet chili sauce.

Caught a few nice Lakers up at Lake George on Sunday. Dusted them in seasoned flour, quick saute and topped with lemon, caper butter sauce with a side of roasted asparagus. That is my go to sauce for nice delicate fish.  Good with pork and chicken too!
