First home cooked meal in our new house! My last piece of moose I've been saving for this very occasion. Inner tenderloin smoked on the pellet grill with au gratin potatoes. Life is good today

Easy meal tonight tuna noodle casserole. My dad always referred to it as cat food. My wife and kids love it. Time going by so fast forgot to add peas.

Sometimes you gotta have a Reuben with actual corned beef instead of venison.  Lunch with the wife at Fox’s Deli didn’t disappoint.

5 lbs Cajun deer/pork sausages just out of the smoker... good spice, smoke (cherry apple) casing a bit tough.

Our new years since we were on vacation. Prime rib au jus. Boiled potatoes and sweet carrots and salad. Got it perfect medium rare in our Oster roaster oven.

I don’t know if I’m happy or sad that my wife said a hind quarter steak was the best venison she’s ever had.  Although it was 2-week-aged then marinated, grilled, and put in a taco!
