Lake Effect!! (AGAIN)

Not much snow at all (South side of Oneida Lake). But windy and brutally cold. I went out for a while  late this morning. The wind burned right through me. I lasted less than 2 hrs. & didn't see any deer.

I hunted Allegheny Co. Sat and Sun. We had about 3". We cut our trip short because they were calling for 1-2 feet by today.

Late last night I had to climb out my window and onto the ledge to take down my house mounted flag pole I couldn't hear the tv over the flag whipping around so hard

That's some deep snow if it's anything like the flag poles you install, LOL.

My Brother goes to Pharmacy School at UB, and they haven't even closed the school yet.

Lol no deep snow here I can see the side walks and street but dumb me installed the pole just below the upper porch I wanted to put it on the peak of tge house but the wife didn't like that idea atleast if it was up that high I wouldn't have to hear the flag lol

They only have 1-2 inches of snow at UB .

My sled is still out of commision or i would be there checking on stranded motorist right now. It still amazes me all the idiots that try and drive a front wheel drive car with summer tires through 12+ inches of snow .

Been shoveling for 12.5 hours now with the mrs. Little over half our driveway done. My deer carrier is buried. Easy 5 feet and still coming with nasty winds. 70" forecasted I just heard. I work ten minute drive from here. They got 3 inches. Ok , quick venison burger, with goat cheese , franks red hot sweet chili sauce with fried jalapeños in me. Back to the shovel. Be safe everyone

This storm reminds me of the 2000 firearms opener, where we were hauling my sons  147"  cow-deer out in heavy snow with lightning and thunder. Had the tractor stuck in the snow.  I'll never forget that night.

My sled is buried under 4 feet of snow..spent roughly 5 hours snowing blowimg today and barely put a dent in the driveway

Im in the middle of finishing my garage walls and my snowmobile is the center piece of the giant pile of items under the blue tarp in my driveway.

It just stated to snow in north buffalo at 723 that's 15 minutes ago and shady more then an 1" has dropped its coming down hard and fast
