Not sure how fast I would need to drink a keg alone. How long is it fresh for? Every keg party I’ve ever been to, the keg is kicked within a few hours

depends on the beer style and other things. once tapped a few weeks. about 60 pints to a typical 1/4 keg. less for 1/8th keg. so without help you're drinking a few pints a day for 3 weeks.
