turkeyfeathers
Pork shoulder rubbed with a little Weber's mustard to get coffee rub to adhere. In a few more hours it'll hit the crockpot for a long stint

Chef
Probably could have taken out an hour earlier but it was really tender in the middle with some charred bark on the outside. Left in the smoker for about 8 hours with pecan wood. No need for bbq sauce. IMG_1890 2.JPG . Try going lower temp never above 220 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Chef
Also for anyone that cold smokes if you use ice save the water after it melts it takes on a great smokey flavor that is great for brines Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

turkeyfeathers
Banana peppers from our garden. Can't imagine how many hours I've spent watering them. Stuffed with spicy venison Italian sausage , few bread crumbs and cheddar cheese. Wrapped in bacon of course
