Hate this new format

I hate this new format. Not as easy to read, and or to find info. Is it just me and or are you also do not like the change.

I agree ... it is difficult to find things compared to before but I believe with time we'll all get used to it .... hopefully ...LOL

Yes, in a nutshell.  I'm close to completely giving up. Old format was mirror image on phone to regular computer. Computer is relatively easy to navigate.  Phone , not so much. Always have to press one thing or another to get somewhere on phone. Trying to find messages, threads I've posted in. I've had to resort to going to history on phone to find threads. I can no longer post pics as of the other night. I go to choose file and somehow pics are too large now. Tap talk is not for me either. I changed my settings to  not receive emails upon new posts on threads I've post in simply because I give up and don't really care to deal with it. I'll be smoking banana peppers stuffed with chorizo , cheddar cheese , dash of dry rub and wrapped with bacon later and no pic for " what's on your smoker " , having a beer while doing so and then there's the what's for dinner thread. Sorry , no pics for either of those 3 threads .  And now I can't even post  a pic of Heidi Klum and Mila Kunis still in my bed upstairs while I make them breakfast

I'm new to this and with big game kicking in in less than a week I won't  be on much so its not a big concern to me,

 but bottom line, yes, I am having a hard time figuring some of this format out, especially on the smart phone.

my gut tells me this is going to be more effort than it is going to be worth

My only problem is it's annoying when I load a page it goes to the bottom of the page about half the time and I have to scroll up

It is a lot of work to revamp and upgrade and maintain this site. It is a useful tool for a lot of us so we should be mindful of that.

That said, I still struggle with some of the changes and prefer the prior format. My user experience has been downgraded since the new format. Some of it I am sure is because options/modifications are not located in the same places. I can't reasonably see my content - to see if replies have been made to my posts or in that thread. I don't subscribe because I don't want a pile of notifications.

Ah well, bigger things in life to worry about, right?

Im not to fluent with this page as much as some, I seem to be able to find my way through. Even though Im sure i miss a ton of posts on threads and such. The only thing that drives me a little crazy is receiving all these notifications on posts .. especially the Beer thread, it fills my email rather fast.. or any that dont stop for that matter, lol Just as simple to delete them I guess, not too worried about it. who knows I am no wheres near as good with computers as i used to be.

if I could get my phone to match my PC or Ipad I'd be happy  .Might the mods be able to have a classic tab to revert back to the old?

Honestly, I only use the sight with Tappa talk on my iPad and iPhone. Asi was never a fan of the web version anyway. So with that said I don't see any difference at this time. Except like stated about it seems a little glitchy with notifications and pictures. Now I am not sure if that's a Tappa issue or forum issue.

I use Tapatalk and very little changed for me....my one and only complaint is for some reason half the pics don't load automatically for me anymore it makes me download them

I use Tapatalk as well and I cant get a lot of the pictures to open and it won't even let me download them

It opens some of the pictures and others it don't, then when I go off the site and return some of the pictures that were open before now are not. I hope this is a temporary problem.

yepper, ton and tons of land, Wyoming is almost twice the size of NY and the population is just over 500,000. big game starts in some units Aug 15 for sheep goats pronghorn elk bear and bison.

this format is definitely hard to find and follow stuff.
I haven't been on much this summer because of being busy with work and the kids activities but also because I.simply don't know how to find stuff on here anymore or how to navigate the site.
I just figured its became im not internet savy
