So I decided to play around with a spicy jerkey recipe the past few days. So basically I all wanted to say is @The Jerkman I beat your meat...

 

I think it’s time for a jerk off!!!

Yea I wanted them a little thicker later on this week I’m going to work out a sweet recipe and probably a Asian one

Beef? Venison? What cut? Dehydrator or oven? It’s so thick(that’s what she said...never!) - is there then greater concern about spoilage?

I'd be happy to settle this dispute on who has the best jerky! Each of you send me a sample supply, for "testing". And I will declare who has the best meat, that can't be beat! 

But alas.....someone's meat will be beat.

Others might claim to have the best jerky, and maybe they do. I make no such claims, but very few get a chance to see how good mine is.:taunt:

And when I'm jerkin' mine, nobody gets to watch.

(I figured I'd keep the double  entendre thing going)

friend of mine has a good hot and sweet recipe. he uses a seasoning called "seasoning from hell" comes in a yellow square can kind of like Old Bay.
