Going against the grain 4.5, maybe 3.5 but i would bet 4.5, too good hind proportions compared to his length. I say almost no chance he is is 2.5.

Body says good 2.5, although not familiar with your area and every place is different as nutrition is as well. Could be a poor 3.5 year old.
