  1. There's no death worse then being talked to death.
  2. King Andy's attention is focused on banning stretch limos and not guns... keep the noise down, and maybe he'll forget about abusing the 2nd amendment rights of us law abiding gun owners.... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  3. Geeze, I use an old truck mud flap and a pair of carhart overalls... guess I gotta step up my game. [emoji3] Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  4. I never envisioned you as the type to wear spandex and do the twerking dance. Oh wait, the GIF wasn't a self-portrait of your workout routine? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  5. 2nd sit of the season; 1st successful one. Set up on a cut bean field ~ 8:00 AM, and used the Fox Pro call. Hit him with the 22-250 @ 150 yards as he can out of the woods circling around downwind of the call. Passed up a shot on a red fox about 10 minutes before he showed up. Total time of sit was 30-45 minutes.

  7. +1 Simple rule of weight loss- if calories in are less then calories burned, weight loss will occur. I struggled for years with trying to loose weight and tried all different kinds of diets. Would loose weight in the short term, but would eventually put it back on. One of my big issues was "stress eating"... I would come home from work and eat to deal with issues and decompress. Luckily I didn't pick up other bad habits such as excessive alcohol use or smoking. I also become the classic couch potato and would spend hours mindlessly binge watching shows or cruising the internet. In September 2017 I went to a hypno therapist to work on dealing with the stress and weight loss. Not here to debate the merits of hypnosis, but simply said, it worked for me. Didn't make major changes to my behavior and habits, but simple things - when I feel stressed, drink a glass of water instead of eat. When I feel stressed, take a walk to decompress instead of eating. Be more physically active instead of being a couch potato. 5 hypnotherapy sessions over the course of 3-4 months lead me to loose 60 lbs in 6 months (Feb. 2018). Since then I have maintained the weight loss and want to work on dropping another 10-15 lbs before Feb 2019. Since I started this journey. Me and my wife were amazed at how much our weekly grocery bill changed - we were literally buying half the amount of food we did in the past - and the stuff we are buying is healthier. I walk on average 3 or 4 times a day, and try to get in 5-6 miles each day. My wife who has always been more in shape then me and was walking regularly lost 15 lbs by osmosis as my good habits rubbed off on her and she joined me on my walks.
  8. From this morning's walkabout... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  9. Classic Thermos that was given to me by parents for Christmas 1989. It has survived farm work for 20 years, and thousands of hunting and fishing adventures. When I drink from it, the face reflected in the cup has gotten older and older, but boy what memories we share. Still keeps the coffee hot all day long.
  10. Congratulations on a well deserved retirement. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk

  13. The first time said firearm when out on it's own without human intervention and assulted somebody, then it could be legally be deemed an "assult style" firearm. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  14. Bought one of theses a few years ago for my wife - she's better at writing her name in the snow then I am https://go-girl.com/
  15. 8J here - warm night last night, the woods are slow to wake up this morning... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  16. So maybe we should push that the "muzzleloader" privellage be renamed to something like "non-traditional" and still allow it the last 2 weeks before traditional "gun" season ? As someone who has carried a muzzleloader for the last 10 regular seasons, I would support that if it gives me 2 more weeks to use the muzzleloader. Muzzleloader hunters have rights too.... #MuzzleloaderHuntersMatter [emoji16][emoji16] Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  17. Sitting on the edge of a standing corn field. With all the geese around I'm thinking that i should have brought the scattergun and not the smokepole... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  18. Also need to pick landmarks that are visible from both thw ground and your stand. Amazing how much different things in the woods can look when you're 15-20 feet in the air. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
  19. This is how I enjoy Hemlock and Canadice....
  20. Never made a Polish cannon, but I can confirm that a standard size Estes model rocket engine will launch nicely out of a 3/4 inch EMT condit. I can also confirm that said projectile severely lacks stabilization... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  21. Isn't it amazing how certain smells can bring back certain memories? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  22. Buck 105 that was given to me for Christmas when I was 16 years old. Have carried it pretty much every hunting trip since then and it's dressed all kinds of game, harvested mushrooms, and even cut up apples for snacking on. Probably not the most effecient or effective tool, but it's been used so much, it's like an extension of my hand. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
