Age & Score of this buck?

What does this buck score and what age class do you believe he is?

just my opinion he's 2.5 yrs old / 95 to 100 inches

I'm no expert, but I think he's over 100, maybe 110. Age-wise either 2.5 or 3.5

I shot a 9 pointer with a split brow, it was 110 inches....it's pretty damn close to those horns...my deer was 3.5 years old.

2.5-3.5 possibly depending on where he's from in NY. Bases have some size, but he's going to be a bit light on mass once the velvet sheds. Spread looks tight...so it's going to hurt the score there as will shortish main beams. Don't think he'll have much on deductions, however.

 

100-110 ballpark.

2 and a half. And the velvet plays wonders in making the antlers look bigger but right around 95-105.

If you use the Stanburski method, that would put him at about 3 years and at approx. 118....Not bad..

In Genesee county, 2.5, 105-110. His legs look too long to be a 3 year old to me.

I give you guys credit for taking a crack at a summer picture.  He is 2.5 maybe 3.5 but for sure not 1.5  I would say 104 inches at best.  Nice up and comer.

3yo- bases, belly and back...if neck was lower and tarsal staining was there i wouldve gone 4

In Putnam County (3N), he is 6.5 years old.

No way he's 6.5yrs old.  In Putnam deer rarely ever it past 3 years.  It a nice deer, but still a only a few years old.  The velvet make him look bigger than he is.  right now he's 100 tops.  might grow a big larger...maybe get another 10 inches or so, but the ass end and neck are thin...unless you are saying he's real old and declining

I'm with the common consensus on this one, 2.5-3.5 and 100-110" at best. Still a nice buck though.

Wouldn't a deer be considered 2 or 3 at this time of year instead of 2.5 or 3.5? Maybe thats why its hard to distinguish from 2 and 3 at the moment.
