A little chicken action!

Chicken dusted with a Bionics homemade chicken rub , strawberries, goat cheese, candied walnuts balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Smoked cashews sautéed in butter and Bionics cow massage then smoked as a snack later but first ginger creme brûlée for dessert.

Last night was parmesan crusted taters, thawed sweet corn, and spare ribs for a short smoke.

No picture but tonight was venison goulash.

Pork butt on smoker. Little yellow mustard then spice rub - about 5 hours on smoker / then into crockpot on low for 20 hours- homemade slaw and topped with sweet baby rays spicy

It’s Taco Tuesday 3-4x a week here! Had soft tacos with cow rub/taco seasoning tonight.

We had enchiladas, using ground beef with Bionic Cow Massage, and Mighty Taco hot sauce.   So it was sort of Taco Tuesday here too!

We had a Spanish exchange student for a year and she made us frittatas a few times a week, so good!
