6th morning out during gun season in 8J, and it's the most noise I've heard. So far it's been crows, turkeys gobbling, fox and woodpeckers.

Squirrels are on the run, now just waiting for some deer...

Just got into stand here in 4U, got about halfway here and realized I forgot my grandfathers atv at the house, DOH! So after turning back around and grabbing it, I'm an hour behind, hopefully didn't miss much. Good luck all

I was sitting here thinking what a crap start to gun season. I have been out a lot and seen 4 bucks, zero does. I'm thinking a deer sighting every 10 hour bad jeesh.

I don't use it for that, he uses it to get in to his stand seeing as he's 85. It was getting worked on by my house. I'm 31 and will drag my deer out all by myself but thanks for insinuating I'm lazy

Understood, wouldn't miss that first hour just for a wheeler. I'm usually in the stand by 6, like to watch the sunrise and count the shots in the dark lol. Good luck to you as well.

Just had four nice doe come within 30 ft of me after I got down from stand and started still hunting. No doe tag and no buck though
