Oh, yes, stretching daily. I think I misused a hard foam roller. My issues started not long after . No more roller therapy for me.

Speaking of Yoga. The bird dog exercise is excellent for lower back issues. I may take up a class after this latest occurence

OK, back on topic. I went for a walk in woods. It hurt. But I may try a short sit this evening. Will need the neighbors 4 wheeler to help out if I get a deer though

Decided I am going to pop a pain pill and sit for a couple of hours this evening. I moved a stand yesterday by a trail I saw a big morning Buck traverse yesterday. Hopefully he is in a pre-rut pattern and comes back the same way in the evening. I have photoed big deer along this same trail b4.

Just had a small doe at 25yards she got the pass we will see if she comes back later she might not be so lucky

I find my popups get pretty hot when the sun hits them...nice on a cold day but 70.....I couldn't do it... Good luck... taking the day off and gee...I have to think hard on tomorrow perhaps Rivers blind or the wooden one..or the new popup tower to see what ids going on in that neck of the woods...though The leafs are so noisy now...I don't want them going nocturnal on me...afternoon hunts would be best...hhhmmmmm

I know I should probably have gone back to the creek bottom where there's a small pond for water on this warm day. But this stand and land is all new to me this year and I wanted to give it a sit and see what I see. This is part of the 70+ acres of the farmer I got permission from back in spring. And idk about you guys but I have a dead east wind blowing when weather app said north wind. This is one of the few east wind stands I've got. Across the road is a big swampy area that the farmer tells me holds lots of big bucks and bear. There's a thicket of spruce trees on my right between me and the road that they seek shelter in and run to first when crossing the road. Cam has shown a lot of activity around dusk so let's see what happens.

Lovin this ice cool breeze though.

This is not a popup blind. It’s very big and I leave windows open year round. Ameristep.

I call hubs popups as well My Gander hub /popup gets warm though it gets full sun when the leafs aren't on the trees...anyways good luck you are showing some nice critters this year if not a buck perhaps a coyote...

Steady north east wind. My best stand on my farm is set up for a north east wind. I usually won't hunt this stand for another month or so but couldn't resist.

Just thought I let you know how someone can forget about setting alarm for opening morning(or any morning). I have memory loss due to type of chemotherapy I recieved, and I also have to take a lot of medication that does make me tired. So getting up before an alarm goes off doesn't always work for me. But I did make it out this morning. Maybe I will write myself a note for rifle opener to set the alarm. If I remember to do that.

Thx. Yea this one is blocked by sun from all the tall trees. Haven’t had any yote pics the last few weeks, probably why I am getting more deer pics lol

Well got the neighbors permission at 4, jumped her again, checked the bed and there was only a few drops of blood. She looked to be in good shape, hopefully no infection.

First sit, in the stand at 515 9 doe and fawns so far. 4 yellow jackets killed so far. Bluejays squawking so more deer coming thru shortly.

Well i just rebounded fast, go in stand, 5 minutes later just got a doe. Big one and dead in sight.
