Been in since 6:15. Something went by me just over the ridge about an hour ago, never saw what it was. Geese honking and Chipmunks chirping.

Fun morning.  We scaled down the side of a mountain and crossed a creek in the dark just to enter from the best side of property.  Buddy has one of our shooters in front of him for a while sparring with another good buck but out of range.  Doe come in and drags them off property and my buddy watches neighbor shoot the big boy.  Neighbor is not a good neighbor either.  Feel bad for my buddy.  Had high hopes for him this morning.  Still early.

3 bucks. 4 does. One nice buck that's on the hitlist, for next year... Looks like they are establishing dominance basket rack bumped the does around and the 2.5yo and another basket got all grizzled up and ears back at each other. Great to back at it !!

Just shot a great buck!

He ran 10 yards the. haunched over and walked away. Checked my arrow and then backed out. Thinking liver.

Ive been here before and lost the deer, so i'm buggin out. Any place he stopped has great blood, spotty after that. Its been an hour already. Gonna give it another hour then head in

Have seen 4 doe so far and had 2 bucks sparring behind me. Couldnt see them. Nothing close enough for a shot yet. Beautiful morning so far.

Saw 6 does so far in 7A. No shots. They all were in some thick stuff. It's good to be back out!
