I'm getting depressed. My spot that used to be an absolute honeyhole all season long for about a decade is becoming less of one. I just want to see some action. On the plus side the sun is out on a beautiful day and I'm warming up so definitely a million times more comfortable

How about trying new land? Nothing wrong with exploring public land and learning/hunting.

Thinking about doing the parks program next season so I don't burn out this land. Always good to have options

Yup. Even if you don’t see much elsewhere it helps to spread out your hunts. That’s why I hunt public land too

Yep , when on our old lease I watched numerous times the deer would come out of the corn walk 50-75 yards and go right back in .
