Thank you all. We've been hunting through rain and cold all day sit. He was getting a bit discouraged. He did not see anything till today. He's happy now.

Just had a doe and 2 fawns go by at less than 15 yards. I was tempted to shoot but figured I'd wait until later in the season.

Pulled cam cards on my way in this morning and just checked. Looks like the most activity this week has been between 11am-1pm here in the oaks. All bucks too. Acorns all over! I felt like I was in the skittles commercial this mornig, except had acorns raining all around me!

Damn, didn't bring any snacks with me today to hold me over.

Saw nothing this morn. Def chilly for early season.  Back in the same stand this pm though.  See more there in afternoon usually. If see anything there pretty much have a shot.  Thick edge of a swamp.

1 cam pic at midnight...Yuck!!!!someones got a scrape line going(5 spots).first ones ive seen of the year.usually happens every year in same area along woods.may have to try this one @Biz-R-OWorld style to catch the culprit in the act
