Ugh 3 more weeks of this thing . I am going to go crazy . I want to go hunting and hiking . :(.... I ripped my plantar fascia. As long as I don't need surgery I guess it will be ok

Had same problem. Got those painful shots in the heels that really helped. Will need arch support going forward.

Well that sucks for sure, take it easy now and don’t over do it. keep plugging away and you’ll be going in no time.

Good luck, I had that 7 years ago. I stretch multiple time a day to avoid that from coming back.

The biggest thing is just not pushing the recovery too hard. When the Doc tells you to take it easy and let it heal, you listen.

One of the things that bothers me is when sports fans start to talk about their heroes getting "right back on the field" after serious injuries. That's a very controlled situation with millions of dollars worth of physical therapists doing everything exactly right, all the time. The rest of us don't have that luxury.
