Hopefully, we dont get too much snow on it this winter.
2012_taco
I don't really have a list but I know there are things that need to be done before it snows every year. Plus I should probably get that front door installed for a friend before 10/1? Now that I'm feeling better!! I've been house hunting for my daughter who just moved back to Buffalo and when we find the "right" house I'm sure the "Daddy do" list will be a long one!
Chef
After I close the pool each September (9/8 this year), I start banging out the wife's wants before hunting takes over. This year, in no particular order: Apple picking Winery Family Vaca (newport RI this year) Orchards trips Baby playdates Dinner dates Lunch dates Etc., Etc., Etc. This will give me 3-4 hours every sunday to Watch the Chiefs and 25-30 "sits" for hunting between 10/1 and 12/31.I think you should re read your post and see how it initially sounds Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

grampy
Since buying our new place back in May, I've gotten many small projects done. The interior was completely remodled before we purchased. But unpacking, hanging things, decorating, organizing, and generally just making it our own, has kept me busy on rainy days off. The outside is where I've done the most. Stripping and restaining the back deck, power washing the house, cleaning rain gutters, cutting back multiple loads of brush, and doing fresh landscaping. Still need to put in a power outlet in the basement for my music studio. Just about done with my to do list before hunting starts. Will be reloading some 270 rounds in the next week or so. Always chores, or something to fix up at the farm though.

Moho81
I have a never ending list of my own. No need for the wife to add to it.

It sure freed up a lot of time for me when our youngest passed her road test. She has always been real into sports so it has been tons extra driving around for the wife and I. I wasn't thrilled about burning a half vacation day a coulple weeks ago to take her to Buffalo for her road test. It has paid off in spades though. Since she passed and can now drive herself across town to practice and games, I can spend every afternoon this week trying for a doe (no more bb's for me this early gun season). If you are looking for an easy place for her to pass that test, try William st in Buffalo (about 5 minutes from the Galleria mall).
The_Real_TCIII
Taco Tim came over and tore the front of my house off and installedA new door for us. Unbelievable work, the man is literally an artist with a skilsaw. My entrance way was inexplicably "angled" and finished with vinyl that was not meant for that application. Tim tore it all out, put in a new header and framed the sides properly before installing the new door/sidelights. It looks fantastic! We will out the finishing touches on soonSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro The “ key “ is to reinforce the jams and hinges , locks matter little it’s always the jams that fail with a kick or two . At least a six inch strike plate mortised into the jam ,and six, four inch screws that go into the stud and not just the half inch trim piece . Ive done this on every door at my home and every apartment my kids rented .
