I don't think I ever posted this but the buck I took on Thanksgiving of 2020 is one of the nice ones I had on Camera for the season in front of both my primary archery stand and in front of my primary gun stand. I never really think of the nice bucks I get on camera as target bucks because most of the time I only see them on camera once and they never show up again so I cant pattern them. I think its pretty cool that I got this guy a couple of times on camera in both locations and then ended up getting him.

Wife's daughter is now a homeowner. She bought a nice little little place in Albany between Albany med, where she works and St Peter's hospital. She did it all on her own while working full time and going to college for her masters. At 25 yrs old, too. I personally would have wished she waited as it is a sellers market, and the housing prices are through the roof. She's beyond excited, as are her mom and I for her.

Gave the walleyes a break and chased dinosaurs with a buddy, did pretty good. Took pics of a few of them. Got into a few Atlantic's and rainbows too. Sent from my moto g fast using Tapatalk

Beautiful morning on Hemlock. Only saw 2 other boats. Caught a bunch a bass and ended up taking home 15 big bluegills, some rock bass and a whopper perch. The lake was as low as Iv ever seen it, but luckily no issues launching.

I guess you'd be staring at my mug doing the drawing. it will be announced first name and last initial. the only people that we can announce the actual prize are the winners of the $200 ticket bonus and the Booner 45-70. The rest need to pick their prize so we can't let everyone know what is picked during the drawing. I probably shouldn't say this but to date there are only 3 booner packages purchased and you guys are two of them.

We are locked in for NY/OH/MO. Going to be challenging year as work initiatives are likely going to be a factor for me for time off for the first time in 2-3 years. We will find a way to make it work. I’m just glad I didn’t splash in on Iowa since we have four points each. Ohio buck here. Cams been slow due to the vegetation getting out of hand. Will make a trip there to do some trimming in the next week or two.

If you were well versed in geopolitics, you wouldn't be so skeptical. Failure to consider all possibilities proves one doesn't have an investigative mind and can be easily manipulated. If one finds this funny, it's a sign of naivety.

I use a lot of cameras on 50 acres and the last 8 bucks I have taken with bow or gun I have gotten their pics. A couple I had 3 years of their pics so it was really satisfying to hunt specific bux because I knew they were alive still. Patience is a virtue but the cameras sure help.

Cut scapes off my garlic today, got about 35 of them. I'm going to attempt to make scape pesto with basil that was grown in a solo cup. Looks like my Hungarian wax peppers should be ready in less then a week for my first pepper harvest of the year. Potatoes are starting to flower, I just need to keep putting DE on them so the flea beetles stay under control. Iceberg and romaine lettuce going very strong.

they just changed the mandate on having children and upped it to three. I dont think they did it intentionally, although i wouldnt rule it out for sure, but i can for sure believe it couldve gotten out and they covered it up. I think thats the most likely.

Dinner with four couples, we’re the only one that hasn’t either moved permanently to FLA or changed their address to their 7 month FLA home . I heated up the appendages of last nights smoked chicken on the grill for dinner. Came out great!

I was able to spend a few hours with this old rifle, bringing it back to life. It really cleaned up well. I took some steel wool to some of the surface rust, and got a good bit of it cleaned off. I took the action out and soaked it in parts cleaner. It was pretty gunky, but nothing more than dirty old oil, it came right of. I gave everything a liberal oiling and then wiped it down thoroughly. I took some nitro polish from my guitars to the wood, and the finish that is left on it seemed to soak up the effort. I’m really very happy with it. It was really fun to revive a gun that will turn 70 years old in less than a year. The scope mount is an old swing top Pachmayr, which is a pretty cool piece. As long as I can get the scope to sight in, I’m going to leave everything “as-is”. I did shoot it last week, and it handled the three rounds I put through it flawlessly. I’m looking forward to getting it sighted in.
